It was the last year of my twenties and my last year in #PureMichigan.
It was the year I bought Marty, my trusty VW Vanagon and drove cross country – twice – living the #Vanlife.
It was a year of: Dr. Pol. Burning Man. South by Southwest. Rental Car Rally. Zion & Yosemite National Parks. Big Bear. Tubing in Yuma. Slab City and the Salton Sea. Minnesota to find the world’s best Onion Rings. San Francisco for a week with my sister Clara. Driving down the Pacific Coast Highway. Exploring Detroit. The Upper Peninsula. Mackinac Island. Epic Metro Bar Crawls. Reality Rush. Atlatls. Skiing. Board games. Model rockets. Kayaking the Chip. And many adventures with Amanda, who really enjoys me filming all the time (“can you not?”) wink emoticon
Looking back on my year makes me realize how lucky I am. Thank you to all of the amazing people in my life.

One Second Everyday 2015: THE ALTERNATE CUT!
With 31,556,952 seconds in a year, why make just one 1 Second Everyday video? Here’s the alternate version of my daily video diary from last year – the same 365 days, in 365 completely different one second clips.
I actually ended up making three cuts of my 1SE video in 2015. This is a compilation of the runner-up seconds…version 2 of 3. I compiled it using Cesar Kuriyama’s brilliant 1SE app for iPhone, where I’d pick my first, second, and third favorite clips each day.
Excessive? Gratuitous? Narcissistic? Sure. But it is really fun to look back on the year that was, and all the good times.
